What is our "culture"?
All organizations/schools/teams have a cultural climate, but climate is difficult to articulate, yet ask ANYONE in the organization, and he/she will be able to tell you exactly how the climate impacts them, their team, and their ability to be creative and be their best. FutureNow Consulting provides organizational leaders, principals, managers, and supervisors with the understanding of how to assess, define, cultivate a strong organizational culture. As a result, participants will be better able to understand and navigate the complex systems of relationships between individuals, teams, and departments within their working environment.
We help our clients to clarify a set of values for working with their staff/organizations and to identify various individual and group strategies for engaging and developing others. We view all consulting opportunities from a “holistic” or “systems” perspective; therefore, clients will receive a customized approach to dealing with their concerns. FutureNow Consulting does not believe in a “cookie cutter” approach, but rather in developing solutions that are as individual as our clients themselves.
Through the Culture Assessment process clients will articulate:
- A set of Guiding Principles for their organization
- A set of Shared Values for their organization
- A Mission Statement for their organization
- A Vision Statement for their organization
