Customized Individual Coaching
The value of working with a FutureNow Personal Coach is significant.
In most other personal and professional development processes, participants have to figure out on their own how to apply the program and this often results in mediocre outcomes. The trained Personal Coach adds an important dimension to this process. Following are some of the important things you can expect from working with this Personal Coach.
- A coach has the resources and experience to give personal attention to the individuals they are supporting.
- A coach can help someone see their needs more clearly and evaluate the solutions before they are tested out in the open.
- A coach helps people realize their strengths and leverage them as well as identify their weaknesses and work on those areas or delegate those tasks they would not do well.
- A coach helps a person master the art of communication at all levels: listening, hearing, speaking and influencing.
- A coach can help a person accelerate the desired changes in their life through measurement, feedback, and challenge.
- A coach is intent on thinking outside the box because they are not constrained by the environment of the person they are helping. This skill can be taught to the person who is in the box.
- A coach brings a person to a significantly greater level of performance than they would achieve on his or her own, primarily as a result of the accountability in the relationship.
- A coach assists people with reducing or eliminating the tolerations that limit their personal development.
A coach helps a person think different and bigger by exposing them to fresh ideas that cause them to shift their paradigms and purge some of their old thinking processes.
