We have been working with Mike Stabile and FutureNow Consulting for over two years and the results of our effort are evident in our associate's individual development! What started out as defining our organization's culture so we could replicate in other markets as our business grows in new geographic markets has turned into much more. Individual assessments, bimonthly training workshops, newsletters targeted to group learning and individual coaching sessions have made our associates better leaders. Our people clearly understand the difference between a manager and leader and most importantly - they are becoming servant leaders. This transformation is rapidly progressing individuals who commit to working on the their "soft spots" so they can raise the bar for themselves and their direct reports. By focusing on developing the individual first, the professional growth is a natural outcome.

Leadership Development is a process - not a program. As our organization grows, we look forward to seeing our leaders develop personally so they can develop other leaders, thus allowing our organization to win in the marketplace.

High marks for Stabile. He’s a master at leading organizations through the change process, helping to identify practical solutions for improved productivity

Stabile led us through the development of a strategic plan for the district that evolved into a unique strategic process. His stages of involvement allowed for graduated input from staff, students, and community members. The resulting document reflects a living, organic strategic process for the district that is fluid and responsive to the ever-changing needs of the organization. Impressed with his versatility and knowledge of education and the change process, Stabile and FutureNow Consulting was also hired to assist us with an introspective assessment of the schedule for middle school students. Mike led staff through a systems analysis to identify factors in the schedule that could be improved to increase academic instructional time and student learning. His ability to successfully lead people in and out of their comfort zone as they moved through the process, resulted in a significant change of the school schedule. His understanding of organizational behavior helped lead even the most skeptic through a significant change process. Our experiences have been very positive and early indications reflect not only more instructional time each day but more collaboration time built into the schedule to allow professionals time to discuss student achievement.
